I got this phone charger to go with my STOW tech travel case because, you know, they work better as a pair. It ain't super powerful, but it does the job of charging my phone while I'm on the go, especially when there’s no wall outlet around.

All the stuff I've gotten from Stow has been top-notch, showcasing fantastic craftsmanship. I'm a satisfied returning buyer.

I'm really into this folio, and the Powerbank (it's lighter than another one I own) along with the three-way cord it came with is gonna seriously cut down on my travel gear. Big shoutout to Jessamine for helping me out and making sure this got added to my order since I had some trouble with it at first. My only tiny complaint is that the slot for the iPad could use a bit more space. I’ve got an iPad case with a built-in keyboard, and it’s just a tad too thick to fit in there. Other than that, it’s both stylish and super practical.

I'm really into this brand because of their awesome service. The leather quality is amazing. Since I travel for work, it's a real treat to discover stylish and practical cases for all my tech gear.

Update: since I posted this review, I got a full refund. My concerns seem to have been taken up by someone higher up who made the decision. I'm happy with the outcome, but I really wish I hadn't had to deal with all that hassle. I'm quite let down by the customer service I encountered. I had to send back my item, and got a response saying I’d only get a partial refund because it was packed wrong, which led to damage, and they claimed it looked like I had used it. I think it would be wise to revise your policy to offer free return shipping so that items come back in good shape as per your standards. Plus, I really don’t like being accused of using the product when I absolutely did not. I asked for photos of the so-called 'damaged' item or any proof that I had used it, but didn’t get anything back. To me, this feels like a deliberate move to dodge giving a full refund from STOW. This whole situation has really put me off from buying anything from STOW again.

The item I received just didn’t work for everyday use. I couldn’t fit any gadgets into the tech case unless I took off their covers, even the super slim silicone ones. What a bummer, especially after paying £8 for delivery.
